Weaver Academy Holds Auditions for the 2010-2011 School Year

Free from bias, free from all prejudice and favoritism; eminently fair. That is a Merriam-Webster definition of "unbiased". Early this month Weaver Academy of Greensboro, North Carolina held auditions for its school of art and technical instruction. Soon if not already the winners and losers will be announced by mail. Dreams will then be shattered for some, and joy will be twittered and fanned across the web for the chosen ones. This is the process we all must endure. This is fair, this is right. Unless of course the process is flawed from the beginning. Unless of course "bias" has already been introduced for many reasons to be told. That is the open question on our minds and should be on yours.

Please take the time to share you thoughts in private on how you believe this process worked for you. Whether you were successful or not, share your comments anonymously. Take the poll and see how others felt about the experience.

If you are a returning Weaver student and want to share past experiences, please feel free to chime in. This will be the start of many future posts to get at the truth, only told by you.
